It all depends on the kind of work you do. The safest of the four are CA & NY.

Wrong. CA was already eliminated because of the economy, cost of living, and racial integration the OP prefers. Only thing holding FL back is economy, the best choices are NY and TX

SF Bay is integrated, IMO but LA falls short on this in comparison with SF Bay

I heard that a lot too. Like people in Nor Cal are very liberal, open minded, accepting of all couples but people in So Cal are more of the close minded ones.

I wouldnt say people in SoCal are close minded, when growing up always found people in SoCal more laid back and down to Earth. But SoCal isn't integrated like SF Bay Area.

Have you looked at San Diego? CA's economy is not good right now but San Diego according to polls is attracting young professionals and college graduates

I just go by my visit there and what the South Asians there told me. One Indian guy (who I recently met up with, lives in Phili now, married to a good looking Italian chick) told me that when he lived in So Cal people would laugh at him for being an Indian and call him all sorts of name. He said they never had that opinion in Nor Cal.

I mean why not pay the visit some day but Texas is looking like a mighty fine choice.

I just want to know something. It is so rare to see Indian guys in interracial relationships with non-Indian women out on the west coast it seems, when I bring this issue up to Californians they seem to catch fits and think I am accusing them of being racist or something. I just want to know why it is so rare out there (to see an Indian guy with a non-Indian girl) and should I really even worry about it.

California makes this debate possible, because Californians invented internet, no state can compare with California in any way and that is a fact. Tex**** being#1 is #1 joke- take out NYC from from New York state and you are left with a third world state. Sorry no offenece.
