"You know, you have a lot of confidence in your words for someone who doesn't know what they're talking about."

Unfortunatley I have spent far too much time in each of the cities mentioned. They are hot, far too spread out, flat, and ugly.

This is totally true too. Houston only seems to get bad press and most outsiders are clueless about how it really is. But then again, I don't want everyone finding out and moving here, it's big enough already!

Austin's great scenery (and those pictures) are pretty much limited to its west side. Some areas of town are almost totally flat and not much to look at. So for people who can afford to live on the west side, it's great! But that's not most people.

I don't understand how Houston can be overrated. If anything, it's the opposite. It never gets anything but bad publicity (unfairly), and most outsiders are totally clueless about how the city really is...

And we're supposed to be convinced by a closing statement that sounds like it came from a preschooler? Please.

Let it go, man. Sometimes, you'll just have to realize that you're talking to a brick wall. These people have it made up in their mind that these cities are crap. So let them feel that way. I've been around the world, and I still know that Houston is the great. Nobody can tell me otherwise.

Obviously it is my opinion. They are hot, however. And flat, however. And spread out. Do you dispute any of that? I didn't attack you personally, I was defending my opinion and you called me a preschooler. Pot meet kettle.
