Actually, Baltimore is not that affordable, according to the list. It's adjusted per capita income is lower than its unadjusted. That means a dollar isn't going as far as it should.
The hipped in Austin just seem extra and unnatural. It's annoying. Some trickled up into northern parts of Central Texas and we had to deal with some of them in Waco.
