So Southern Hospitality is there, we have all heard of it. Folks down south will talk to you right out of nowhere and introduce themselves and stuff.

What region would you say would rival the south in that aspect?

The intermountain west is the friendliest region in the country. It's hard to imagine a serious argument that South Carolina or Georgia is somehow friendlier than Montana or Idaho.

Chicago, but only in Uptown, where the mental hospitals are.

Midwest; I've always felt the Midwest had a lot in common with the south except they are less outgoing and more reserved.
