Which city or cities have the best of the following:

Best Shopping
Best Nightlife
Activities to offer (amusement parks, cultural events, games, concerts...anything)
Best Job Market - Diverse Economy & Pay
Best Weather (not too likely for natural disasters, mild winters, not too many storms all year...whatever you consider good weather)
Housing Market
Best Transit

hmm...and anything else you want to go by.

you can include pictures for some of the categories like shopping and activities.

How many threads do we need like this? Sorry but this topic is tedious and overdone. Do a search and you'll find over a million topics like this.

Atlanta is the only one that we can all identify is in the South without it even turning into a debate. I voted for anything above 5 Million people or anything in Texas or both.

What kind of "South" are we talking about here? There's like 10 different versions of it.

Best Shopping: Miami, Dallas, Atlanta & Houston

Best Nightlife: # 1 Miami, # 2 Houston & Dallas (more variety in rock & techno), # 3 Atlanta (not very fond of hip hop, rap, R&B at all and more into techno & rock)

Activities to offer (amusement parks, cultural events, games, concerts...anything): 4 Way Tie- Miami, Houston, Atlanta, & Dallas

Best Job Market - Diverse Economy & Pay: Houston & Dallas (Right now while their economies are fairing the best)

Best Weather (not too likely for natural disasters, mild winters, not too many storms all year...whatever you consider good weather): Yeah that's not going to happen... Houston & Miami have the mildest winters but they both have hurricane threat, Atlanta has the mildest summers but has the worst winter, and Dallas is just all around mixed with stressed winters and hot summers with tornado's. None of them are good at all at this

Housing Market: Houston & Dallas (LOLOL why is this even a question?)

Best Transit: Atlanta, no one else comes close

Overall: The score is off the charts and the verdict is, oh oh could it be, its a 4 way tie!!! Hahaha no but seriously there's not enough criteria, its really a 4 way tie.

I agree with this for the most part. Atlanta, Dallas, Houston and Miami are pretty equal all things considered and have a certain niche in one way or another thats special to each city.
