i never considered san fran bummy neither. i remember some urban styles being popular in nyc and only seeing them in san fran videos when it came to wondering what other cities wear it. As far as baggy goes idk if they still wear baggy.

I've been to these and they seem to sick out as cities where people aren't into style/dressing well/fashion.
Who is America's most disappointing large city fashion wise?
I'd be surprised if any city can beat San Antonio.
Even at church they brag about them "being for everyday people that don't have to dress up to go to church"
Without going into much detail -- San Franciscans seem to care about certain things but fashion or looks definitely isn't one of them.
Being a San Francisco resident myself... what i've noticed is that those who are well dressed here are usually european tourists.
But I vote Houston cause I've lived there as well and it seems like people aren't generally fashionable. Not that they dress bad... but rather, it just seems that people are too preoccupied at other things than to worry about fashion. Nothing like Austin, where everyone seems to be trying to look all "hip". That gets annoying. I see a little of that in San Francisco too.
Location: The land of sugar... previously Houston and Austin

Huh?
Austin is one of those places where they don't care what they look like, flip-flops in a "nice" restaurant, etc. Much more so than Houston. All you have to do is look at the types of stores in Houston's Galleria area... they wouldn't be there if there wasn't a market to support it.
The exception in Austin would be the hipsters who are trying too hard. Then they end up looking sort of like that picture above ^ I guess if you consider that fashionable...

yeah, i was generally talking about hipsters. but i differ on the part of austin not caring. yeah, it's true they don't care, per se, but there's also a pretty decent fashion scene in Austin and there are plenty of local fashion boutiques there as well as models.
