To be completely honest I actually have seen at least a couple of scenes like with the SWAT team but it was a little less extreme and it's not a daily occurrence like it probably is in rough sections of Jamaica [the country]. Idk about rates and all of that but I know for a fact that the whole island of Jamaica isn't like Kingston. On a smaller scale the same goes for Jamaica [Queens] and South Jamaica which is the rougher part [and actually it's own neighborhood].
You can't really compare a neighborhood to a country, even if it's small like Monaco or Vatican City.
