Honestly, I myself associate Philly more with New Jersey than Pennsylvania, so my vote went to the Garden State

The PA side of the Philly burbs is much wealthier in general and much more appealing if you ask me. Montgomery, Chester, Bucks and Delaware Counties are not only the wealthiest counties in the state of PA, but they are also extremely beautiful.
