Yeah, it really doesn't achieve the "level of the Bay Area" do deny the importance of SF in the Civil Rights movement and to laugh at homelessness in SF and be in denial of the social issues in Brooklyn.

I persoanlly have never dimished the importance of the bay area in this regard I suggested that it is not the most important in this regard.
Nor have I ever once laughed at social issues anyplace nor homelessness nor douchebaggery exisiting other places. Though at this point I do believe regardless of the criteria that anyplace can achieve the level or importance of the

Yet its the Philly people who bring up Asians in the Bay Area almost every time.
Sounds like envy to me.
In actuality it is most definately CA folks, most speficially those from the bay that typically introduce Asians into nearly every discussion, but again I imagine that you would not see this aspect

You might have to explain the bolded to some of your fellow east coasters, they pretend as if these areas don't exist and all of Brooklyn is the envy of the world.
If that's the case, then you should quote someone. You should be able to find at least one post where someone comes remotely close to implying that Brooklyn is limited to affluent, wealthy areas with exclusively upscale amenities where we can live a "proper" lifestyle.
