Futurecop, every time I read one of your posts it sounds like you have no idea of what you are talking about. You sound like a teenager trying to deffend a bad arguement. Sorry. People in Los Angeles dont drive everywhere!...I see people jogging, walking, and socializing every day. Some of the friends I have today I met while walking on the street.

I walk and socialize everyday, what does that have to do with not driving a car?

Nothing, almost everyone in this country owns a car.

Especially in LA. LA's public transporation system is as big of a joke as it's downtown area.

I like both cities. There is a terrible misconception that you need a car in LA and that's false. The public transit is decent, not great, but decent enough to get you were you need to go. Downtown is spread out over a vast perimeter, it's not centered like Downtown Chicago. Both cities have a different layout of the land so it's hard to compare in that respect.

Los Angeles public transportations is okay but the city itself knows it needs to be improved and it is.
Too bad thats your opinion because to the eyes of the world Los Angeles overshadows Chicago.
but you tell yourself whatever makes you feel better.
