These three cities have been compared numerous times here on CD, but I don't think there's ever been a thread that focused specifically on their downtowns. So which has the best downtown out of the three? Consider such things as:

Architecture
Nightlife
Attractions
Urban activity
Restaurants/retail
Residential
Parks/green space
Mass transit
Cleanliness
etc.
