Both of these cities are second to another city in its area, which one is Better?

its Worcester MA, not any other worcester.

Compared to other New England cities that are fun to hang out in (Portland, Providence, Burlington, Newport), Worcester just seems like an afterthought. It's not a bad city per se, just rather medicore and some parts look shabby. It's not all that impressive architecturally, especially for a New Engalnd city. Compared to West Palm Beach, don't know. I think Fort Lauderdale is around a similar size for city population, that would blow Worcester away. Then again it doesn't take much.

Ft Lauterdale is closer to Miami than Worcester is to Boston though. WPB is at a similar distance

I've been to both cities several times and know them well.

Cousine- W. Palm Beach
History- Worcester
Visual Arts- ?
Performing arts- ?
Architecture- Slightly more to W. Palm Beach, but Worcester from mountain and air looks nice!
Location- Worcester - closer to BosWash region, Canada & Europe
scenery- W. Palm Beach
safety- I think W. Palm Beach
education- Worcester
