If not, does it make your city "not world class" or behind the curve?

The one in Burlington, VT was shut down after a man shot himself in a public park.

I would hardly call every city on this list "world class": List of Occupy movement protest locations in the United States - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

That said, given this interesting list of cities, I would question the level of political passions of any sizable city without such a group.

Unfortunately yes Miami does. And they caused some problems downtown today.

Austin isn't world class (unless you're talking about live music or brisket), but there's been a strong occupy scene here for quite some time now. Quite a few arrests and some scuffles.

I think the strength of it here has more to do with it being a large capital city than anything else.

The Reading Eagle had an article about "Occupy Reading". But I think it was just homeless people lined up at a soup kitchen. Round here it isn't anything out of the ordinary.

I am shocked...... I sort of thought it was only in a handful of major cities.

Philly does, for now - the city was very accommodating prior to elections, now there has been some mild disagreement, nothing on the scale of what some other cities have dealt with.
Philly's at least seems to lack focus and is beginning to miss the point. I was in support of the general idea of the movement and general accountability, but this seems destined to taper off without making any lasting dent.

Default Even NID is represented!

We even had one way up here in Northern Idaho. The 30 degree weather didn't keep our 12 people from representing Sandpoint's 99%!!!
