Actually they do. They dress to the nines and the French influence rubs off quite a bit, can't explain it but they got "the look". Experience Montreal nightlife and there are many sexy people out.

What part of the south? Dallas women are what come to mind for me. Many are sassy and wear lots of make up and stylish clothing (there's are reason why Dallas has more shopping centers per capita than anywhere else).
I would have to say the south has a plethora of beautiful women! I have grown up here, and honestly never been to Canada, but the couple of women I have met in the past that have moved south from Canada were pretty.
Quebec by default. Very few non-obese women in the American South, sadly.
Why do people always assume southerners are obese? I'd like to see you come down to the hay fields in Texas in the middle of July and see if you can last three hours.
