Every major city has certain areas where the priviledged and wealthy established grandiose enclaves that are rife with sweeping lawns and opulent mansions, and CLEVELAND certainly has numerous districts within the city limits that fit this criteria.
Immediately, the following 'city districts' come to mind ...

Edgewater - Includes Edgewater Drive, Lake Ave, Cliff Drive, Harborview Drive ..
10203 edgewater drive, cleveland, ohio 44102 - Google Maps

Franklin Blvd in Ohio City - Gorgeous assortment of mansions that reflect every conceivable time period and style. Many Queen Annes, Victorians and luxurious rowhouses.

Cedar / Fairmount - The gateway to fabulously affluent Fairmount Blvd in Cleveland Heights, there are many lavish mansions tucked away into the hillsides that comprise this unique district,

Shaker Square / Larchmere Blvd - Many mansions on quiet back streets in the area surrounding
the historic 'Shaker Square', and in neighboring Shaker Heights.

East Blvd / Rockefeller Park - A gorgeous area of homes and mansions located up on the high, forested bluffs that overlook Rockefeller Park and MLK Blvd

West Blvd Historic District - The west side version of 'East Blvd'. Fabulous mansions of every style and time period

Bratenahl - Extreme wealth - Bratenahl is technically a part of Cleveland, despite being incorporated as a 'village' - this tiny enclave is largely served by Cleveland city services. Bratenahl is
fabulously wealthy ... MEGA MANSIONS on large parcels occupy a winding, forested Lake Shore Blvd through this enclave of supreme wealth. Enormous estates behind brick walls and wrought iron gates
are a very common sight here. There are numerous quiet lanes and streets that are located off of Lakeshore Blvd ... many luminaries come home to Bratenahl. ( CEOS, ACTORS, SPORTS CELEBRITIES )

The best I have ever seen can all be tied with Dallas, LA, Houston, Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, Denver, and anywhere basically in coastal Florida.
