Without a doubt Charleston by a large margin in my own experiences and preference. I never get tired of walking its streets and always keep finding new restaurants and pubs. How I do love the Spoleto Festival as well!
NOLA is second and certainly a favorite city of mine. I've gone a half a dozen times (2 mardi gras, 2 halloweens, 2 business trips). While I do enjoy more than the French district (I love the resturants in the Garden District) I do find the city feels less welcoming/ a place I want to be outside of a few districts
Wilmington is nice and have enjoyed my visits but they were always because of weddings and/or other reasons to visit - I've never decided (nor desired) to make a vacation stay in Wilmington
I had a vacation in Savannah. It was nice. I was happy visiting once. Don't really have a desire to go back though.
Never been too NOLA, but love Charleston, Savannah, and Wilmington, honestly my ranking is in this order, but it's close. Sometimes it switches places, With Savannah being on top.
