California already has the perfect combination, adding any city would just degrade our state

Not that I would actually like it, but in terms of how well it would fit and better environmental friendliness, I wish they would plop Las Vegas down in the Inland Empire.

The IE pretty much claims Vegas. It's practically already a part of it.

I would like Chattanooga, Jacksonville and Charleston to Georgia. That would be my ideal state.

My state is so large and so very diverse that I tend to identify with my metro rather then my state. My metro is one of those that should be divorced from it's state and become independent because we have nothing in common with the rest of the state and that is Philadelphia. Pennsylvania can adopt Stockholm for all I care.
