I know he seems like a proud New Orleanian and his movies are entertaining. He should show some love for the city and maybe even make a movie set in New Orleans.

Very funny himself-ish. Though this was said in [half] jest lol, there's not much chance of it coming to fruition sonny. The fire only damaged the exterior of a building/lot that was already scheduled for demolition, so there's nothing to rebuild.
