is the mainstream culture. 60% of South Florida's foreign born population and 70% of South Florida's Hispanic population is concentrated in Miami-Dade County. Here's a chart of all the neighborhoods/cities/places in Dade County that are 50%+ foreign-born, added together there are 1,393,870 people living in such communities (56% of Dade County's total population).
