The necks actually do get fairly red in the stretch of pine barrens between Philly and the Jersey Shore (more or less between Medford and Mays Landing). The same is also true toward the Vineland and Salem areas (or so I've heard). These are relatively small, sparsely populated portions of the state, however.

Delaware gets quite rural below New Castle County/away from the beaches.

What about the panhandle? Idk if any state is truly devoid of all rednecks. I would probably say somewhere in New England has the lowest percentage of flannel wearing, big truck driving, gun collecting nut jobs. I am really not sure though

As the most populated state in the nation with a huge Red interior, there's no way that anyone should be voting for California. That said, where's Hawaii on this poll?

I would assume it would be Hawaii as well. Wealthy whites and asians don't usually come off as the redneck types. Not so much a state, but I'd assume the region between New York City and New London, CT would have the least as well.

Probably one of the small Northeastern states. Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts? The bigger ones likE NY and PA definitely have some inf their more rural areas.
