Shreveport and Bossier City has 6 including the recently opened Margaritaville which is Jimmy Buffett's. All are located downtown in the entertainment district. Not a major city I know but a major gambling venue in the south central us.

The MGM casino is at National Harbor in Maryland so there are no height restrictions. If you look at the hotel tower, it's 18 stories tall so it's not really that tall to begin with. The Bellagio style fountains and the design, however, is very attractive in my opinion. This is MGM's first casino hotel resort on the east coast and they seem to be making a statement:

I've never been to AC, but Black Hawk/Central City is really great. Beautiful scenery, mountain views, loads of casinos...I loved going there.

Phoenix, AZ has quite a few too. Talking Stick and Wild Horse Pass are the nicest.

I know Albuquerque has a few too.

Atlantic City generates more revenue from casinos than Black Hawk, CO could ever dream of.

2012 Annual Revenues
Atlantic City $3.052 Billion
Black Hawk, CO $633.09 Million

AC isn't a major city but it must come pretty close to Vegas.

According to gwillyfromphilly's link, AC is second to Vegas in revenue which definitely says something. I've always viewed Atlantic City as the next best to Vegas but I could be totally wrong.
