THE TITLE IS WRONG.
It's suppose to say "Worst state for traffic congestion AFTER California".

Probably a smaller state is the worst. Maybe NJ.

bingo

Just throw in DE, especially where the NJTP/295/495/95 all meet - can be collossal there

in general the NE corrider between the cities has some awful traffic that can continue for seemingly hundreds of miles, esp on holiday weekends

I've always heard about the terrible backups on 95 in CT but out of the two times I went to CT in my life the traffic wasn't bad. Does anyone know of any YouTube videos on the traffic? Thanks.

yeah thats what we are talking about. i commute from stratford (a town on the ct coast) to new rochelle (an nyc suburb) down 95 and its a parking lot almost the whole way going south in the morning and north in the evening. for those who think that 95 thru ct doesnt have bad traffic try going south from bridgeport on a wednesday at 8am. ull see what real ffc traffic is
