The cone of uncertainly is curving toward Louisanna around the east of New Orleans, which is really
bad because of the northern wind factor which would cause storm surge in the canal.
The levee system to me can't defeat mother nature purpose and people should take precaution and evacuate before lives are took. Also looking at modules East Texas area looks to be in a area that should be taking precaution. This would be very sad to see a repeat in New Orleans and Gulf Port Mississippi.
