The whole city of cincinnati is hills, some are very steep some arent. Cincinnati nickname is queen city, the name queen city refers to the beauty in the many hills in cincinnati!
San Francisco, Seattle, Pittsburgh, and Duluth are the first ones that I think of. Maybe LA also.

Seattle Hills, not as dense as SF but a VERY hilly city nonetheless.
Great photos! That one downtown makes one thankful they are NOT as bad as they are in San Francisco, with the Russian Hill neighborhood there having some that seem like 45 degree drops.
Incidentally, the term "skid row" has its roots in Seattle, because they used to slide logs down the streets to the waterfront to be shipped or whatever they did with them.
For me, Los Angeles. I love the way the ribbon of freeways cuts through the canyons and the passes, sometimes offering "now you see it, now you don't" views of the downtown and "edge city" skylines.
