I love Philadelphia. I find San Francisco awkwardly boring.. And how does Philadelphia fail? We are awesome xD. We don't need lists some loser from San Francisco made to prove that we aren't awesome. So how about you kiss my ass

Anyway, know those things I listed that we "bay area jackals do", I'm about to go and do one of them and go for a swim. You can choose to sit here and have yourself a fasting
You're confused. The fact that Philadelphia may or may not be considered a financial center by a magaizine or a group means absolutely nothing to me, honestly I could care less. What bothers me is all the SF residents on this site posting articles and rankings that I guess substanciates SF as a major player.

Give us a break already.

Miami has lots of international banks, but not much actual financial services activity, which is what this is based on...that's why you don't see Charlotte on this list. It's the home of Bank of America, but most of BoA's financial services activity takes place in NYC, Boston, and San Francisco.

Philadelphia has Lincoln, which is enormous, but overall it just doesn't stack up to these other cities in this particular industry.
