It's gotta be the Strip IMO. Of the streets you have listed, I'd vote for Wall Street
I'm not sure if the Vegas strip is as famous as people here claiming. Mostly, I don't feel most people are aware there is a strip. I can't tell you countless times I had to tell various Europeans thinking about making the trip to Vegas that where they want to stay is the strip because that's where all the action is. Vegas in general is famous, sure.

But Broadway? Sunset Blvd? Pennsylvania Avenue? 5th Avenue? Are these really well-known streets in Europe either?

I don't know, I feel broadway is very famous. As is 5th Ave. Pennsylvania, no. Sunset, not really either, but in-between.
Especially 5th Ave. I sort of associate places like Broadway and Wallstreet with districts, not with streets. But 5th Ave I associate it correctly, a shopping street. And I feel most others do as well.
Bourbon Street, okay... but Peachtree Street? What is famous about Peachtree? What is it known for? It is merely a major thoroughfare through Atlanta, which is a pretty average city when comparing it to other global cities.

I first though Santa Monica Boulevard, just because the song ran through my head. Then I thought Broadway as a place everyone could picture. Then I thought of Mulholland Drive and CA State Road 1 as the best to drive on. And Penn Ave in DC was the one I thought most people could point to on a map.
