I think it's got to be Wall St, even if most people don't actually know what the street looks like.
I think 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue may be the most famous address in the U.S. (maybe the world, but I'm Amerocentric), but Pennsylvania Avenue by itself isn't that famous.
Beyond the name, how many people really know what Wall Street is like? Do people really picture the bull as the most famous street in our country? Broadway is much more of a tourist attraction and unmistakable. You could look at picture of Wall Street and mistake it for Boston or somewhere else if you didn't know what the Stock exchange looked like.
i'm honestly not trolling, i type in barney in duckduckgo and the first result is barney and friends on the pbskidsgo website. a few results down is something about new york. i dont think 5th st. is as universally known as broadway and wall st ?

pretty much all northeast cities look alike. you could take newbery st and put it in new york and no one would know the difference.
How is Las Vegas Boulevard not an option? It might be the single most recognizable stretch of road in America, though I imagine most people would refer to it as simply "Las Vegas".
