Btw, I'm not just taking a shot at Kansas City. Titans fans have done it. Saints fans have done it (1993):

I would not put that feather in your cap just yet. If Vick goes down at home, the opposing team might get a standing ovation.

I doubt it. The team depends on him too much for offense. McNabb's gone down when he was having bad seasons and he didn't get cheered.

I voted Chicago. Pro sports wise, i think all three are about equal. However, Chicago has a significant interest and following around College Sports that transcends Philly and Boston. Being in the heart of Big 10 country helps its case, so areas especially around the north side are littered with Big Ten bars frequented by transplants. Other colleges/conferences bars abound as well.

I know what MSG is buddy, they own my favorite team. Dolan is an ass.

NYC has one hockey team. The Devils and Islanders dont count just because theyre covered by media. As such, their titles DO NOT count for NYC either.

The Knicks? and youre saying the Cubs are bad? Its embarrassing that my team has to share an arena with them. They were virtually non-existent in NY sports for years when Isiah Thomas ran the team.

By your criteria, the Giants are the only thing keeping NYC relevant in the last 10 years with their two Super Bowls.

LA would be a better choice at this point.
2000 -> 10/15/12

NYC 5 titles
Yankees- 2000 and 2009
Giants- 2007 and 2011
Devils- 2003

Boston 7 titles
Red Sox- 2004 and 2007
Patriots- 2001, 2003, and 2004
Bruins- 2011
Celtics- 2008

Chicago and Philly 3 titles
White Sox- 2005
Blackhawks- 2010
Phillies- 2008

Tier 1- NYC and Boston

Tier 2- Chicago and Philly

Boston went from 1918-1943 then til 1961 which is 25 years, then from 71-85 which is 14 years. and from 1992-2002 without being in a Championship

I'm pretty sure you weren't alive to live through that entire championship drought from start to finish.

Your criteria was decade. Last time I checked, decades were 10 years, not 12. Youre just being a worm by changing it now because its more convenient for your terrible argument.

NYC has 3 titles in the last decade. 2002-2012. The Yankees won in 2009. Giants in 2007, 2011.

For the last ****ing time, the New Jersey Devils are not an NYC team. Media doesnt determine who represents who. If you asked 10/10 people in NYC who won the Stanley Cup in 2003, they wouldnt know. Guarantee that.

Their ****ing parade wasnt in NYC, it was in a damn parking lot in front of an embarrassing 20,000 people.

New Jersey beating Anaheim in 2003 doesnt mean New York beat Los Angeles.

Do Oakland championships count for San Francisco? Vice versa?

New York is 3/4.

Boston is 7/10.

Chicago is 2/3.

Philadelphia is 1/4.

Why dont you go make some threads and vote in more of your own polls?
