If we are talking about luxury shopping, then Miami and Las Vegas triumphs Chicago.
But we're talking upscale shopping DISTRICTS. What districts in Miami and Las Vegas beat the Mag Mile? I cant think of any really. What Vegas has are extremely upscale enclosed malls but not a walkable 'district' dedicated for shopping---Miami doesnt really have anything on the scale of the Mag Mile either, even if there are some areas like Worth Av or Bal Harbour Shops that are very very highbrow.
Yeah, they have 3 or 4 locations in Manhattan and 1 in Jersey. Their advertising has been all over the place for a few years now. I wonder what they spend.
And their flagship store in Midtown is ridiculous.

Collectively, SoFla has more than Chicago. Mag Mile may have the scale size, but metro to metro Miami goes toe to toe with Chicago.
This thread is not about entire Metro Areas, just a specific 'district'.
People are posting rankings of entire Metro Areas but that's not really what the OP is asking about.
Thank you Montclair. I didn't realize I wasn't specific enough when I asked the question.
One region can have more than one shopping district, seeing how Miami, for example, has both Bal Harbour and Worth Avenue. But you can't combine them because they're two separate districts.
Ok, Carry on. I enjoy reading what we posters have to say...
