Might want to do a little bit of research on the Las Vegas Convention Authority and then come back to me. You clearly have no idea what goes on here.
Like I posted earlier, LV's visitor numbers are equal (and in some cases greater) to what LA does. Yet we are 1/9th the size.
If your city is so great, why does it suck so badly at attracting people to it, for it's size??
we are so great that we support not only our economy (3rd largest in the world, behind Tokyo and NYC) but your cities bit*h ass economy too, LV would be nothing if it werent for LA visitors who spend their money there, and make up Las Vegas's economy.

YOUR WELCOME

Do they still have to put up the temporary, neighborhood park-like bleachers up against the end zone because the stands are five miles away?
That's cute.
not in 2015 but they are certainty planning a move, and to be honest, i hate football, and dont even want it to come, we are fine without it, the only team i want to come to LA is the rams, just because we can.

again we have...

Lakers, Clippers
Dodgers, Angels
Kings, Ducks
Galaxy, LAFC (coming in 2017)

and a future NFL team

Vegas has...

umm, let me think... oh sh*t thats right... ...

Okay, can some of you just stop with the disrespect? It's getting ridiculous and nasty. Enough already.

Um, why are you responding to me with this? My post was extreme sarcasm, aimed at the person who I was quoting. Everything I said was actually the exact same points you're making. D'oh!

In your eagerness to talk smack to somebody... anybody it would seem... you barked up the wrong tree. I think you need to take a course in sarcasm 101, ace.

L.A. is by a landslide the entertainment capital of the world. And its a fact. Lotta jealous Vegas people up in here. Never heard of Vegas being the ent. Capital but LA is. The acting, film, modeling, and music industry can't be beat. LA also has by far more iconic people from and living in LA. Marilyn Monroe, Liza Minneli, etc.Los Angeles, CA - Forbes Los Angeles: Entertainment capital of the world

I said it once I'll say it again Vegas to actually get "Entertained" and Los Angeles for the entertainment that's on your screen!

Los angeles is great, but really overrated. It does offer a lot but it's not for everybody is what people need to realize.

Larger doesn't always mean better. I couldn't imagine living in Los Angeles, way too overcrowded and the state is nearly bankrupt!

NYC is the Cultural Capital of the World. Los Angeles is the Entertainment Capital of the World. Las Vegas is just casinos and nightclubs. Good for a long weekend, but not longer than that.

CA is the richest state in the nation. As for your "not for everyone" point, you can say that about any city or state.

People don't come to Los Angeles to be entertained?
