Was wondering about pay scale comparison in these areas. I was looking in the St. John's area of Jacksonville vs. South of Charlotte or even around the Winston-Salem surrounding areas. My husband is a HVAC tech with 20 plus years of experience. We know it would be a step down in pay but wondering where you may have a better chance of a higher pay.

Charlotte and the Raleigh-Durham areas will provide comparable or possibly higher pay since they are the largest metro areas, not too dissimilar from Jacksonville in size.
