Go ahead and plug your ears and scream like a child. Accepting the fact that Atlantic City is a city could have been your first step towards a new, more enlightened view of the world. As it stands, there is no such place in California so I'd figure you literally have no clue what you are talking about. A.C. has a train station, a huge convention center, a bus system, night clubs, shopping, an international airport, world-class restaurants, a skyscraper over 700 feet tall, concert venues, a TV show made about it, an expressway named after it... and of course Casinos. Most of all, it has a very impressive skyline for a city of only 40,000 residents.

Be a child if you must, but know that you are almost alone in doing so.

Also, we'll see if you can keep your promise, because that would be nice. "I'm not responding to anymore nonsense about it being a city"

Fun fact: In the 19th century Atlantic City was larger in population than LA.

Atlantic City metro (Atlantic County) is 270,000 people.

How about you accept the fact that there are always WAY more than 100,000 people IN Atlantic City. It feels good to stop defending a false premise and embrace the truth, I promise.

Just for fun, the first sentence of the wikipedia entry: "Atlantic City is a city in Atlantic County, New Jersey, United States"

Can't state it any more plainly than that. You are wrong.

Here is a link that shows the extent of the skyline.
