Compare in terms of......

Best to live?
Best to visit?
Crime
Diversity
Education - K-12 and colleges
Food
Nightlife
Public Transit
Scenery
Shopping
Sports
Theme Parks
Water Amenities (Beaches, lakes, Rivers)
Weather

Personally, I voted for Nashville because I really like that city. I'd like to see some other opinions though. We've had some rather strange city vs city combinations as of late, but this is one that we haven't seen yet (or atleast, I haven't seen yet). Both cities have a very popular name-brand and both are loved by tourists (for different reasons). Please be civil, and feel free to share your best pics, videos, and experiences with both cities.

Best to visit?- Miami

Shopping- Miami

I just don't like Nashville even though I lived there a few years ago, along with other major cities throughout the country, so I voted Miami.

Funny because we both live in the South and seem fairly happy.

Best to live? Miami (personal opinion)
Best to visit? Miami
Crime Nashville
Diversity Miami by a long shot.
Education - K-12 and colleges Nashville.
Food Miami (unless you love bbq or southern food.)
Nightlife Miami not even close
Public Transit Miami not even close
Scenery Miami (personal opinion but tropical beaches beat hills IMO)
Shopping Miami not even close
Sports Miami not even close
Theme Parks Miami does not have any but Orlando 3 hrs away.
Water Amenities (Beaches, lakes, Rivers) Miami
Weather Miami

You really can't compare a large, international city like Miami to a smaller regional city like Nashville.

Yeah Don't bash Nashville! Or my state

If you speak english, Nashville is a better place to live

If you cant read the sentence above you have no business living in Miami, lol because you MUST be bilingual to even get a waiters job, let alone a decent paying job, yeah so good luck with that

Last edited by JMT; 04-11-2013 at 03:57 PM.. Reason: English only, and please don't bring up Charlotte.
