I'm pretty sure DC takes this one.

Edit: DC is in the title but NOLA is on the poll. Which one is being compared to Miami here?

You need to edit poll because it has New Orleans in the place of DC?

Miami is just a collection of residencial towers pushed together against the sea
not much urbanity to be found there.

Population Density =/= Urban.

If you have 10,000 people living in a square mile in wall to wall 2 story buildings, it's far more "urban" than 10,000 people living in 2 or 3 high rise towers surrounded by park/trees. The population density of both is 10,000 people per square mile, but the low rise wall to wall is far more urban.

In my opinion, DC is far more urban. That's not to say that Miami doesn't have great urban spots, but DC is more urban.
