Just like the south thread. Explain why you choose your 3. I added Phoenix and Las Vegas in the mix just for some more options even though technically they aren't west coast.

What's the point of asking people to pick 3 then? They can only vote for what they think is the most important. It's not that hard to see how results could be quite different if people got to pick 3.
