From your own experience, as well as from word of mouth and statistics, does New York City or Boston-Cambridge rank at the top for Higher Learning in terms of quality of education, graduation rate, career success, and overall greatest college experience?

Boston beats every other place in the United States and perhaps the world in higher education.

It is the intellectual capital.
