Brownsville Texas is on the southern tip of Texas right by the Mexican border. The area that it sits in is called the Rio Grande Valley which is a rapid growing area (1.2 million) due the violence across the border and is cheaper to live in and is also one of the poorest in the state. The other one is located on the western edge of Miami of course Brownsville, FL is no where near as large as Brownsville TX but it makes up for it being right by a major city.
For me I pick Brownsville TX cheaper, safer, and not to far from the beach.
If you get to pick and choose where in brownsvillr then NK. Keep in minf that bronzevillr is the same sort of designation. We are talking about. Ames with historic legacies.
I've lived in Brownsville Brooklyn as a kid and I'm not coming back until gentrification hits, lol. Been to Brownsville Miami (Brown Sub) ...nothing nice. Unless it was for a short amount of time until I can move to another area, I would take my chances in Texas and I know nothing about it.
