Jersey Shore because same sex couples can legally get married there.
North Carolina is intolerant of LGBT folks ... so in my view, it's an FUGLY place.
It's a little ridiculous to judge a state of 10 million people over a 60%-30% vote. And just so you know, Dare County, where portion of the Outer Banks is located, voted against the amendment.
Personal experience? Really? How much time have you spent in NJ? And it is "preferEnce", not preferAnce.
Two weeks specifically on the Jersey Shore. You're obviously free to prefer whichever you want, so I'm not understanding why you're questioning my reasoning for having a different opinion than you.

This thread is strictly about the Jersey Shore, which is what I'm talking about. The fact you just created an account, and specifically address a different opinion that differs from yours is enough to end this discussion between you and I.
Really? What was the point in quoting me in the first place? No need to be snippy because I called you out somewhere you claim to have been, which it is evident you never have. I doubt you have EVER been to NJ and this includes the beaches.
You can doubt any and everything you want, I don't care.
I never stated the Outer Banks was better than the Jersey Shore by facts. It's an opinion, which is formed from visits to both. What's evident is you're overly offended because I prefer the Outer Banks, as do the others in this poll. Keep quoting me accusing me of never going to NJ because our opinions differ, this is the last reply you'll get from me.
Yeah, it's an "opinion". People giving "opinions" on places they have never been is my problem. Visit NJ, then come back to me.
I'm glad you know where I have and haven't been. Jersey Shore being dirty is no secret, just ask Google and the articles that come up. Find someone else to annoy and make false accusations about. And do it from your other account. Duces.

… It's not dirty, though. I live here, I've been to every beach town up and down the coast, I can assure you it is very clean. The beaches and the ocean. Are you stuck in the 1980s? The 'syringe tide' wasn't even our fault; we can't help it if the Staten Island Dump illegally dumps medical waste into the ocean.
NJ's water quality has greatly improved since the 70s and 80s. In 2011, NJ's ocean water was ranked second cleanest in the country behind only New Hampshire and this year 7th - most likely because of Hurricane Sandy and any runoff, debris, etc it put into the ocean, some of which started washing ashore in certain places, causing beach closures. But I was in Seaside Park, NJ for two weeks this summer and I have honestly never seen the water so clear before (in NJ) - I could see my feet in chest deep water. I think we're doing fine as far as cleanliness goes, but thanks for your 'opinions'.

the outer banks suck, we have gone there for 20 years, since obama they charge for fishing and driving on the beach, they have lost my business.
