Hello every one

I have a question puzzled me a lot and I think most people have the same question ((where you can settle down and be a family and a happy life fairly ??)) All what I mean in my question ... Where ...
Where .. In any part of this great land ... For me I have certain specifications in the city, search for it, and I can set a specification of the following points:

1- the size of the city: Medium or larger.
2 - Weather: Average
3 - Work: Average

4 - Nature: Not important (but there must be something prominent (river, sea, lake)
5 - the cost of living: Medium or cheap.
6- safety: Definitely yes.
7- Education: average or higher
8 - public life and social relations: respectable, especially Conservative families.

I ask each and every one wants to share his opinion, be objective and realistic, and that puts into consideration (I or you are looking for a city where we live forever, and we can see our grandchildren live true as well)
Thank in advance>>>
