For the last time-I was NOT comparing the amount of snowfall in CA/HI to the NE! I said I prefer warm Hawaiian or Californian weather to snowy weather of the NE in winter-PLUS, these days, it is more of a snowless cold for Christmas in the NE, discrediting the poster's argument!

I have friends who thought Hawaii was very overrated. I'm not sure if that's the same thing as boring.

Overrated is "not as good as people say, but still good". Which is fine, people can have their own opinions.

Those areas aren't part of the Bay Area.

Yeah i know and I never claimed they were. Did you miss the part where I said blacks were moving to cheaper inland metros in CA? That's what those stats are showing. If I'm showing stats for the Bay Area I would label them as such.

It seemed like you were responding to CMAN83, which he still stands corrected btw.

I was, again did you miss the part where I stated blacks were generally moving to cheaper parts of CA? Maybe you should go back a few pages since you clearly don't understand the context of my post there. Stands corrected about what?

On post 652 when he proved that the SF metro has had a very small gain in it's black population over the past 30 years. You were right with your comment on post 653 stating that "Blacks were moving to cheaper inland metros in CA". Keep in mind that I never said you were wrong. All I said was "those areas aren't part of the Bay Area" which was I was technically correct as well and I left it at that.

Yeah and there are people from India, Africa etc too with much hotter temps than anywhere in the US that even find FL cold? What's your point?

It snows just about every year on average on the Northeast. If it doesn't it's a rear exception. So I really don't know what you are bickering on about.
