Just going to say : Miami is ranked 29th in global cities. Sf is ranked 22nd. Sf is more business and I think Sfs entertainment industry is better than Miami's .

SF is more glorified and classy quite easily but for this criteria I voted Miami.

I take SF 11/10 times.

Im from the City, but i have to vote miami based on everything you described WITH THE EXCEPTION OF "the city that people who want to live in" SF isn't known as a party city or such but there's alot of people who want to live here.
