I've seen more pretty women in Morgan City, LA than I have almost anywhere.

You find attractive women anywhere. College towns will have attractive girls, big cities will have more attractive women.

In a good college town, you'll find more eligible receivers as a % of population vs. a big city.

But obviously big cities have the benefit of pure quantity.

Easily big cities since they will typically have multiple colleges and universities as well as community colleges. LA has several universities and community colleges and there are gorgeous women in every single one of them.
