This guy who lived in Baton Rouge was telling me how Los Angeles sucks and about how much better San Diego and San Fransisco are in comparison. He said Los Angeles was just a giant Baton Rouge with a beach. Do y'all think there are any similarities between the two cities?

No way. I've driven through BR and it didn't remind me of LA at all. Two totally different looking cities

Similarities? Hmm...

They both have the letters a, o, n, g, & e in their names.

Both like college football and don't have NFL teams. Both cities are on the i-10 corridor. Both cities have palm trees. Both cities have large oil refineries. Both cities have quite a few hispanic and vietnamese in comparison to other cities in their own regions.
