So? Which of the four are more appealing to live in?
Consider basic things such as....
Jobs, Food, Entertainment, Economy, Cost of Living, downtown, sports, culture, people, shopping etc. Feel free to compare them on any other criteria too.
I have not been to any of these cities but am guessing most people would take Seattle.
Personally, Seattle or Minneapolis. I have lived most of my life in the Minneapolis are can't wait to return. I'd rank them, in an arbitrary order, 1A, 1B, and 1C.
Phoenix is really the odd one out in your list. If I had to move to one of the cities listed above, Phoenix would be the city I'd least like to relocate to.
Out of the cities you listed, my personal choice would be Phoenix, but it does fall short on several criteria.
Shopping, sports, culture, and shopping are definitely things Phoenix isn't as good at as the other 3. But job market is improving, there is an excellent Hispanic food scene, cost of living is probably the lowest or 2nd lowest. Downtown is pretty lacking, but Scottsdale and Tempe do make up for it a bit. Winter weather is probably the best in Phoenix. The scenery and natural area near Phoenix are another plus for it: good opportunities for hiking within 30 minutes of downtown, red rocks of Sedona, and Flagstaff/Grand Canyon are 2-3 hours away.

You seriously need to give a rest at bashing Denver..your Denver bashing has almost become legendary. It's become tiresome, and yes we know we are all aware that you hate those liberal Seattle sinner's as well lol..get over it. What is really funny is how you deny the Fact that Denver is one of the most progressive US cities..you try to dimimish Colorado, Denver and my city Boulder..either move back to Kansas or get over it..your social commentary on Denver is so way off not sure if you really are in Lincoln Nebraska.. because your social view, political views are so way far off the map compared to the average Denverite, it's not even funny. I know you hate the fact that Denver is a very liberal city..there is hope for you though..plenty of small midwestern conservative towns for you to enjoy..just leave Denver out of your warped fantasies.

I've been working towards moving to Seattle for a while now, so that will take first place for me. I like the weather, beautiful natural environment, and the hills. Cities with hills make me happy.
Second would be Denver, and I haven't visited the other two on the list, but if I had to guess I'd put Minneapolis ahead of Phoenix.
