What do you guys think? Looks like Garden City, KS may be it but Im not sure. There dont seem to be many small metro areas that have even a small mix of people. Thoughts?

Garden City, KS
White: 45.6%
Hispanic: 47.3%
Black: 2.1%
Asian: 4.0%

Vineland, NJ: 67% white, 14% black, 38% Hispanic, 15% other.

New Bedford, MA: 33.8% Portuguese, 10.1 Puerto Rican, 9.1% French, 8.8% Cape Verdean, 6.9% Irish, 5.3% English.

You only want to look at micropolitan areas under 100,000 or all micropolitan areas?

Yes you are correct, the rest are suburbs of Atlanta...
