Which city has the best neighborhoods based on these criteria.
Walkability( Sidewalks, easy access to amenities)
Character
Housing (Well built or cheap)
Community Feel( How connected are people in the neighborhood)
Here's some pictures of some of Atlanta's inner neighborhoods(Note: Most of these I took myself). A taste of a few of Atlanta's more urban neighborhoods outside of Downtown and Midtown.

Sweet Auburn
Inman Park
Little 5 Points
Glenwood Park(pulled these from Google Search lol)
These threads usually consist of Houston vs Dallas vs Atlanta. Miami is usually excluded. I don't know if it's because of peoples thinking miami is superior, or of people not considering Miami Southern.
Most of those Atlanta neighborhoods shown in the photos are in the hood. Definitely would not win a vote for "best neighborhoods" as per the title.
Inman Park and Glenwood Park are not the hood. Those are highly gentrified, yuppie neighborhoods(Inman Park and Glenwood Park is like 80+% white or something. I don't think Little Five Points is the hood either. You can make an argument that Sweet Auburn is a bit 'beat down' per say, but I wouldn't call it the hood like I'd call Bankhead, Vine City, or English Avenue.
