What city has the nicest riverfront?

Consider beauty, public access, cleanliness, safety, festivals and cultural events, and recreation.

**Edit - Crud muffins, I added Minneapolis twice.

Pittsburgh with its three rivers and rolling hills cant be beat. The landscaped river front along with development is still evolving.

Poor list of options. Would have voted for Chicago but it is not a pre-chosen option.

Guess I'll go with Pittsburgh based on the artificially limited options available. Pittsburgh does do rivers very well.

For a smaller city, Chattanooga gets a nod.

Where is Richmond? Class IV rapids running through the middle of River City.

That says little to nothing about the actual riverfront though.
