Well the other thread about vibrancy was spent pretty much discussing this and since I have no interest in reading over countless idiotic posts by the same old posters (who shall go unnamed because well, I don't want this thread deleted of course) to see how people feel, I thought a thread with a poll was warranted. The ONLY criteria in this thread is pedestrian activity/vibrancy. Things like what you prefer or how you personally feel about the places you are welcome to keep to yourselves.

Most of the Strip has no pedestrians, whether 12 noon or 12 midnight. Some parts don't even have sidewalks.
The Strip doesn't even have as much consistent pedestrian activity as downtown Vegas, and that isn't saying much. Times Square probably has no rivals for pedestrian density in the Western world.
