I'd be really curious to learn from anyone who voted for Plano why exactly it was that the chose that particular city. Just interested.
Good question, but I would also have to ask why you offered that choice to begin with. Did you offer it as a joke? Are they voting for it as a farce ? This is why you should always make these polls public, who knows how many bots are running up these numbers.

Well, Jack... As I've said a couple times before, this list includes the ten-largest cities in Texas. Plano is number nine and is therefore included in that list.

Yeah... thanks, Jack I'll be sure to keep that in mind. Now having benefitted from your wisdom on the issue, I'll be sure only to list Houston as the sole option in the future.
I have to go with San Antonio. It's in a spot where it seems like most, if not all the Texas subcultures come together and its where green east Texas starts changing into dry west Texas. You have a big Mexican influence and the rancher culture shows up as well. Throw in some musical influences from Austin for good measure.
Houston and Dallas are too citified and don't have quite the same laid back vibe.
Austin is a contender but too many hippies...
Ft. Worth is a cow town. Flatlanders might love it.
El Paso is too isolated and is as much Mexican as Texan.
The most important thing is that San Antonio has the Alamo, the holiest of holies to Texans.
