These two regions arguably have the best suburbs in the country. Which region outperforms the other without including the major nearby cities (DC/NYC)

Jobs (within the suburbs):

Growth:
Public transportation:
I grew up in Northern NJ. While NOVA is soon to be priced out just like NJ, it's better bang for the buck and in a region with less people and a stronger local economy.
Traffic, however, is worse than NJ. Consistently ranked up there with LA.
